Is beige too dark for a bedroom with low natural light?

More specifically, I want to use Shaker Beige from Benjamin Moore paints because I'm looking for a true beige with no pink undertones, but I'm worried because I don't get much natural sunlight and I'm afraid it's going to look too dark. I bought a color sample and tried it today and it ended up looking "muddy" but I'm also not sure if it's because I didn't prime the paint that was already there (it was a high-gloss cream paint) because it streaked alot and didn't look anything like the pictures i've seen. Has anyone else tried Shaker Beige in a lower light setting?

It could have too much of a grey undertone to that colour...pick a beige/tan that has more of a yellow undertone to it and I think you will like that more...just ask for help with that at the store...oh....and do not buy the Aura paint...in my opinion, from experience it is not what it is cracked up to be and is not worth the money at all. Beige should be fine in lower light...if you find it too dark after painting, lighten it up with white curtains and light bedding, or a bright coloured bedding would be fine.

will (kaleidocolors- beige) bring med to dark brown tinted hair to a reddish/beige highlight if left on...?

for five-to 10 minures under dryer on high ? My customer wants a reddish/beige or red-coppery hightlight. I know that dark hair must go through different stages to lighten.
Or should I just stick just premanent color tint red copper?

I'd highlight if she wants them noticable...since her hair is dark. Then use red/copper tint on top.
