how to make leg warmers out of socks?
i have a pair of striped socks that go up to my knees and i want to make them into leg warmers... HOW? and also, they're the fitting kind that's tight, so how can i make the socks/futurelegwarmers looser?
I want them to look like this:

see how the leg warmers are kinda looser?
is there a way to put the buckles or whatever is on the leg warmers on?

P.S. Now before you knock me for wearing skinny jeans when I'm a guy, I'm pretty thin and have a pretty decent body for a streamlined look when it comes to clothes so I actually prefer them to something that's too baggy and loose.
