what are some creative halloween costume ideas?
I have a few formal like dresses at home I was thinking I could alter and making something cool with them, but could use some help with ideas on them.
one is a maroon long satin dress, and the top has black velvet flowers embroidered on it.
the other is a long pink dress with a cluster of sequences under the best line, it has a sheer over lay that slits in the center front.
one other one is black long dress with a low cut back slits on the sides up to the knee and has a sheer overlay as well.
any thoughts?

what kind of shoes should i wear with a black halter top dress ........?
i have a military ball to go to.
the dress is black and it has a black sheer fabric covering it.
it comes to about my knees or a lil bit farther.
i was thinking i should wear some sort of red shoes....????
and then maybe paint my nails red to go with it.
or maybe i should paint my nails black ...????
Nothing too clunky, something simple and black, maybe one strap across the foot, do your toenails in red but do not wear red shoes with it. You almost want your shoes to be invisible so that the focus is on you and the dress, and the toenails is a little subtle accessory. And stand tall, i can't stand it when women wear great clothes and don't hold themselves up. If you can get away with wearing a black halter top dress, be confident!
