how can i get rid of the pauch i got from pregnancy???
i had a baby 4 months ago via c-section, i lost all my baby weight that i had gained when i gave birth and i was slimming down,but now(mind u i was overweight when i got pregnant),ive been eating really crappy and ive gained weight again, and im so puffy still from the c-section on my lower abdomen. my incision is like mood ring, it changes purple then red, to blue then to pink (its closed). im gonna start eating better, but what can i do to make this pauch go away??? a girdle? ive heard they can cause hernias, i dunno,,,,how about spanx? should i massage it? is there any herbal stuff i can take to make the inflamation go away?? by the way,,,why does my scar turn colors all the time???
try one of those pregnancy belts? overseas the women swear by them...they say that it really helps flatten your stomach out and that the women who use them religiously don't look like they have had babies at all.
