Can I wear thigh highs without a garter belt and still look sexy?
I bought some fishnet thigh highs the other day so I can wear them for my boyfriend but didn't have enough money to buy a garter belt. However, these thigh highs have the elastic at the top to help them stay up. Was just curious if I wore these without a garter belt if it would still look okay?

YES!! it looks hot with or without, he definitely shouldnt complain. He might prefer them without a garter belt anyway, maybe get the garter belt for next time when you can afford it for some variety, but either will look very sexy.
