I lost the bet to 15 year old girl and she said I have to dress up like a girl for Halloween.I told my parents I am not going to do it but thay said a bet is bet and that I had to do it so this would be a lesson for me that I shouldn't bet.

Anyways hun, a garter belt is something that goes around your hips or waist and it has four things that hang down, two in the front and two in the back. They hook on to your Thigh High Stockings to keep them from falling down. Like suspenders for your stockings, but sexier. lol You can find some cheap ones at target or walmart probably but she said they have to be pink....try Victorias Secret or Frederick's of Hollywood. Haha I can't believe I just told a 14 yr old boy to go there. Ahhh! A Basque is like a corset or a bustier (boo-stee-yay). They also have those there at VS or Freddie's. LOL. Just go to some costume stores. Get out of shaving your legs by wearing thick black leggings. Hmm... do your nails but be sure you have nail polish remover at home. Have whoever "she" is do your makeup and nails. Take her shoping with you...she will be a big help! Maybe you could look at this costume....and try your best to look like a girl. Go to ebay. lol.
