Stockings or tights?
I like to wear shortish skirts - not tarty short, but 4, 5 inches above the knee, and I really don't like tights. One of my friends says it's tarty to wear stockings under skirts that length, as you can occasionally get a flash of the stocking-tops, say if I cross my legs. I tend to wear my stockings quite high, so there can't be much of interest! What do you think - tarty or just fun?
