well next week is carnival here in germany and i am wearing this, but i dont know what makeup to wear with it, girls pelase help i have no idea!!!!please add details, also which color shoes, pantyhose,tights,ligerie, and should i wear the hat or not, becasue i have short blonde hair, about 3 inches long, that i spike usually so.......can any girls out there hlp me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I suggest that you do not wear the hat! Then, do you hair however it best suits you and for makeup, I would suggest a nice even clear base to make your complexion look nice, then go with a juicy pink lip gloss and heavy on the mascara with a light dusty pink on your eyelids and little pink blush.
